The AGS 2025 Annual Meeting website for CME/CE credit tracking and session evaluation is now available. Sessions will be available on the site immediately after the scheduled session occurs, allowing you to evaluate in real-time.

Click to add and evaluate the session(s) you attended. Once logged in, click on the Access the CME/CE site link.

Please note:

  •  While you do not need to complete the individual session evaluations in order to receive credit, you do need to select the type of credit you wish to claim for each session. To do so, click 'Choose Credit Type/Evaluate' beside the session name and indicate your choice(s);
  • You must complete the Overall Meeting Evaluation before you can view and print your certificate;
  • International registrants: the certificate of attendance is also available on the CME/ CE site. You will be able to access the online evaluations and print your certificate(s) until August 31, 2025. 

 

Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit Application Instructions

To receive continuing pharmacy education credit after participation in the AGS 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting, participants must complete a two-step process:

1.      Apply for CE and evaluate sessions on the CE site by June 9

      AND

2.      Answer the ACPE questions in this survey.    

Evaluations must be completed by June 3, 2023.

NOTE: All participants who are licensed in the United States must have an NABP ePID in order to obtain credit. This ID number AND your date of birth (MMDD format) must be entered into the Survey Monkey questionnaire above. AGS is not responsible for any errors in submission if your information is inaccurate.

Another change to the Program is an established limit for obtaining credits. Credit for programs attended live must be submitted by accredited providers within 30 days of completion of the CPE activity.

ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Points

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 27 Medical Knowledge Points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program for the live AGS25 meeting and up to 19.25 Medical Knowledge Points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program for AGS25 On-Demand. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. To claim MOC points you must be enrolled in the ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. To claim up to 27 ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Points for AGS25 In-Person in Chicago and up to 19.25 MOC points for AGS25 On-Demand, you must complete the two-step process outlined below. Please note that the in-person meeting and the on-demand meeting are considered to be 2 separate CME activities (live meeting vs. an internet enduring material) so you must complete 2 separate applications for MOC credit if you completed both activities.

  1. Apply for CME via the online CME site.
    AND
  2. Answer MOC questions in this survey for the In-Person meeting  and/or answer the MOC questions in this survey for the On-Demand meeting.

If you have not completed the CME application yet, then you cannot complete this MOC application. You MUST first complete the CME application in Step 1, then answer the MOC Questions in Step 2. Completion of both steps is required for MOC application.
