Community Rules & Etiquette and Privacy Guidelines

Thank you for being part of our virtual annual meeting community. To ensure the best possible experience for all, we have established some basic guidelines for participation.

Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with these important guidelines. In order to preserve a climate that encourages both civil and fruitful dialogue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership in the virtual annual meeting community for anyone who violates these rules.

You are solely responsible for what you post online. Before creating online content, consider some of the risks and rewards that are involved. Keep in mind that any of your conduct that adversely affects you or otherwise adversely affects members who work on behalf of the Organization or the Organization’s legitimate business interests may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Carefully read these guidelines, and ensure your postings are consistent with these policies. Inappropriate postings that may include discriminatory remarks, harassment, and threats of violence or similar inappropriate or unlawful conduct will not be tolerated and may subject you to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
